AI Telemarketing for Real Estate The telemarketing licence is ours. The control is yours.

What actually makes AI calling "telemarketing"

Compliance details on this page last reviewed 8 September 2026.

AI telemarketing for real estate is still telemarketing. If software is calling or messaging someone on your behalf to sell or offer a service, that's telemarketing, regardless of whether a human or a model is on the other end of the line. The questions worth asking any AI outreach vendor before you let it touch your leads are the same ones a regulator would ask:

  • Who holds the actual telemarketing and call-centre licence the calls run under — the software vendor, or you?
  • What calling hours are enforced, and is that enforcement in the code or just in a policy document nobody checks?
  • What happens the moment someone says stop — is it removed from one list, or from every future campaign, permanently?
  • Does every outbound message carry the advertising permit it's legally required to carry?

Most "AI telemarketing" tools sold in Dubai are the calling engine only — the licence, the numbers, and the liability for getting any of the above wrong stay with whoever bought the software. That's the gap this page exists to close.

The one sentence a software company can't say

Every other AI outreach tool hands you the engine and, quietly, the liability that comes with it. A call at the wrong hour, to a number that asked never to be contacted again, and the fine has your name on it, not theirs.

Novigent is a licensed call centre, inbound and outbound, and a licensed telephone and direct marketing company. AgentFlow AI's AI calling and messaging runs under that licence. Every job it does automatically is one Novigent is licensed to do by hand.

What you decide, what we carry

  • You decide the calling hours, every script, every language, and who is never contacted again
  • We carry the telemarketing permit, the numbers the calls come from, and the Arabic privacy notice
  • Voice calls run 09:00 to 18:00 only, enforced in code, not by policy someone might forget
  • A decline is never recalled the same day, and the do not contact list is permanent across the company

A call, start to finish

An owner who wouldn't sell six weeks ago gets called back, inside the 09:00 to 18:00 window, not because someone remembered to follow up but because the system tracks every stalled conversation and re-opens it every thirty days on its own. If the owner says stop, that name is removed from every future campaign the company ever runs, not just this one list.

On the demand side, a buyer who asked about a listing gets an outbound call back in the same licensed window, not a generic script read off a sheet — the caller already knows which building, which typology, and what was asked, because it's reading the same record the rest of the floor keeps. A real viewing slot gets offered on the call itself, not promised for later.

The three ways to run outbound

Every agency ends up choosing one of three routes for this work.

  • Hire someone. AED 4,000 to 5,000 a month before visa, insurance and desk space, for one shift, one or two languages — and the contact book leaves with them.
  • Outsource to a call centre. Cheaper by the hour, but you don't choose the languages, you don't control what gets said, and no two calls sound the same.
  • Run it under your own licensed AI floor. Every language, every script yours, the same call every time, and it's Novigent's licence carrying the liability, not an outsourced stranger's.

Compliant outreach feeds a clean record

Telemarketing that runs under a real licence doesn't just avoid risk, it produces a better CRM record on the other end, because nothing was rushed or off script to get a number dialed. See how the AI assistant that makes these calls actually works across your whole desk, not just the phone.
