Who this notice covers

NOVIGENT LLC (Shams Free Zone, Sharjah Media City, UAE — Licence 2647851.01) operates agentsflowai.co and the AgentFlow AI product. This notice explains what we collect from people who visit this website, and separately, at a high level, how AgentFlow AI handles data on behalf of the real estate agencies who subscribe to it.

Website visitors

If you're browsing agentsflowai.co without an account, here's what we collect:

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and which buttons get clicked. This relies on cookies set by Google.
• Early access form. If you submit your work email through the brokerage early-access form, we store it to contact you when that feature is ready, and for no other purpose.
• Contact form. If you send us a message through the contact page, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and, where relevant, to set up your account.

We do not sell visitor data to third parties.

AgentFlow AI customers and the people they contact

When an agency subscribes to AgentFlow AI, we process the data that flows through their outreach and CRM on their behalf — calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and voice note transcriptions between that agency and its own owners and buyers. We act as a processor for that data; the subscribing agency remains responsible for their own relationship with the people they contact.

Outbound calling and messaging runs under Novigent's own licensed call centre and telephone/direct marketing permits (Call Centres 8220.01 / 8220.02, Telephone Marketing 7310.86, Direct Marketing 7310.15). Voice calls run 09:00 to 18:00 only, a decline is never recalled the same day, and a do-not-contact request is honoured permanently across the company, not just for one agency's list.

Your choices

To ask what data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask to be removed from any list, send us a message through the contact page. If your request concerns a call or message from a specific agency using AgentFlow AI, tell us which one so we can route it correctly and add you to the permanent do-not-contact list.

Changes to this notice

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this notice changes. This is a working notice for a young product — if you have questions this page doesn't answer, email us and we'll answer directly.
